The beginning of the school year is always crazy, so I'll keep this short and informative. Below are your need-to-knows and important dates to be aware of!

Block 1 Scheduling Meeting: All teams wanting space in MCCH or outdoor spaces need to have at least one officer attending this meeting. Meeting date below.
Pre-Block Scheduling: All space reservations for time before 9/14 is given at a first come, first serve basis. You can make requests yourself through EMS (EMS), or email me to reserve space on your behalf.
Team Events: This year each club is required enter their practice times, games, and travel into SPIN as events. If you need help with this, please reach out! The deadline to have all events in SPIN is October 1.
Concussion Protocol: All Club Sports Teams are required to be compliant with FitRec Concussion Protocol. All team officers will need to complete the training annually (you'll need to do it again even if you did it last semester). See the concussion protocol tile below for more info!
ReRecognition: All Club Sports teams are required to go through ReRecognition. Be on the lookout for emails from the CASE office regarding this.
September 10, 2pm: Block 1 Scheduling Meeting. Check in for meeting at the DAWG Fitness desk.
